    Dr. Eric Berg is an acclaimed chiropractor, nutritionist and author who has made a lasting mark in the health and wellness sector. His passion for health began when he experienced a remarkable personal transformation that inspired him to teach his methods to other medical professionals. After practicing as a chiropractor in San Diego, CA, Shreveport, LA and Alexandria, VA, Dr. Berg eventually established the Berg Institute of Health & Wellness in Seminole, FL, as Chief Executive Officer. He also held an associate professorship at Howard University, where he imparted his teachings to fellow medical practitioners. One of Dr. Berg's most iconic works is The 7 Principles of Fat Burning, initially published in 2006, followed by an updated version entitled The Healthy Keto Plan, released in 2019 and became an Amazon best seller. He also created a YouTube channel wherein thousands of videos promote healthy eating habits and other related topics; the channel currently has over 18 million subscribers with 100 million views per month.

     

    Furthermore, Dr. Berg developed a course designed to mentor Keto Coaches around the globe on how to effectively utilize keto and intermittent fasting diets. Dr. Berg completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988 after undergoing pre-med studies at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 1983 until 1985. During his term serving as a reservist for the Army, he acquired expertise in X-ray technology; furthermore, he received advanced and specialty academic training from the National-Lincoln School of Postgraduate Education, Southern California College of Chiropractic, International Scoliosis Research Center, Risk Management Louisiana Union of Chiropractic then Motor Vehicle Collision Injuries LUCP.
